Your WhatsApp number and profile name, the messages you send Codie, your searches, your reports on which codes worked, and who invited you. This website itself collects no personal data and sets no tracking cookies.
To answer you, run invitations, improve results, and measure, in aggregate and anonymously, which brands are in demand. We don't sell your personal data or send you ads you didn't ask for.
There is no legal duty to provide any data. Without a WhatsApp number you can't use the bot.
Meta (WhatsApp) delivers the messages. Anthropic processes message text to write a reply. Our server and data are hosted by Railway. Data is stored and processed outside Israel (United States), by providers bound to protect it.
Access to the data is limited to the Codie team and password protected. Phone numbers are partly masked in our admin tools.
Messages are deleted after 90 days. Older searches are kept only as anonymous counts.
Under Israel's Privacy Protection Law you may see the data we hold about you and ask to correct or delete it. To see it, write "my data" to Codie. To delete it, write "delete me" and it is erased immediately. Questions: hello@heycodie.com.
Codes were published publicly by creators on Instagram, and their credit and links are kept. We have no commercial relationship with them or with the brands unless stated. Creators or brands who don't want their content shown can email hello@heycodie.com and we'll remove it.
